Track the usage of your Kart Motor, for rebuild intervals with this extremely affordable engine meter. Get one for each of your engines to track hours usage in between builds to ensure your engine is always at it's best. It simply has it's detector lead wrapped around your spark plug lead (in the same way your Kart telemetry does) and tracks all the running time whilst on track. You will surprised how many hours you are actually racking up on your motors! Be sure and get these on your kart engines now! 

Recommended Usage: 
Use one dedicated Hour Meter per kart engine. When mounting, please take care to keep away from direct sources of high heat and mount well away from the engine block and exhaust.

ROK: Fix to engine and dedicated plug lead (Coil and plug lead belongs to engine so full assembly can stay with the engine unit)

ROTAX: Fix to engine but you will need to unwrap the detector wire from the pluglead when changing engines (as Rotax customers usually keep the same coil and pluglead on the kart when swapping engines). Each engine, will need its own timer to track the use on that engine.

4-STROKE: Fix to engine and dedicated plug lead (Coil and plug lead belongs to engine so full assembly can stay with the engine unit)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mount the display using tie-wraps to the engine's ancillary's (and keep away from high heat parts). Wrap the detector lead around the spark plug lead five times closer to the spark plug (about 4cm from the end of the spark plug boot) and secure with a cable tie WITHOUT letting any part of the lead wire come into contact with the engine after installation. Always ensure the Timer display stays with the engine you are monitoring.

Options for Meter Fitment: Cable Ties or Double-sided Tape etc (Not Included).
