Cool-It Exhaust Wrap is an innovative way to create more horsepower and reduce a vehicles under bonnet temperature. By wrapping your headers with Exhaust Insulating Wrap you can maintain hotter exhaust gasses, which will exit the system faster as they are not as dense. As the gases exit the exhaust quicker, exhaust scavenging is improved, which in turn leads to lower intake temperatures.
Cool-It Exhaust Insulation Wrap can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 1000 degrees C and will not over insulate when properly installed. Cool-It Copper Exhaust Wrap improves even further by offering up to 30 percent more heat resistance thanks to a new copper coating that conducts the heat across the wraps surface.
