Hankook’s most extreme off-road tyre to date, the Dynapro MT2 makes use of an all-new “Terrain Strike” tread design developed to improve off-road grip, while minimizing road noise. The massive curved and jagged four-rows of tread lugs dig deep into loose earth, gravel, dirt and mud. And with plenty of void space, all that’s churned up, gets tossed away, preparing the tyre to dig in again – ensuring you maintain grip as you drive.
The interior tread lugs make use of new interior sipes, which help to offer better wet and snow grip as well.
Unique stone ejectors between the shoulder tread lugs, help make sure larger stones don’t get caught in the tread – a leading cause of premature tyre wear and diminished grip.
Critical for an MT tyre is its durability. To protect the sidewall against getting slashed from sharp rocks, the shoulder tread lugs wrap down onto the sidewall to give added protection. This design cue alternates with additional pointed features, adding even more protection and helping deliver even more side-grip in deep mud.
